Ingredients of Souffle Pancake
- You need 3 of Egg.
- Prepare 15 g (5 tsp) of Granulated Sugar.
- Prepare 20 ml (2 tbsp) of Milk.
- You need 10 ml (1 tbsp) of Vegetable oil.
- It's 30 g (3 tbsp) of All purpose Flour.
- Prepare 1/3 tsp of Baking Powder.
- You need pinch of Salt.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Vanilla Paste.
Souffle Pancake directions
- Split Egg yolk and Egg white.
- Whisk the 5g (1 tsp) Sugar with the Egg yolk.
- Add the Milk and Oil in 3 increments while mixing.
- Sieve the Flour and Baking powder and mix well.
- Add the Salt and Vanilla Paste and mix well.
- Whisk the Egg white until formy.
- Add half of Sugar and whisk until Sugar is desolved.
- Add the remaining of Sugar and whisk until stiff peaks form.
- Add the Meringue to the batter in 3 increments and mix gently.
- Preheat Pan on very low heat.
- Grease the pan slightly with Vegetable oil.
- Pour batter into pancake shape (x3). Put lid on to maintain heat.
- Flip when bottom side is coloured.
