- Prepare 1 cup of chopped, tomatoes.
- You need 1 tsp of ginger, garlic paste.

Spicy Masala Paneer step by step
- Cut the paneer into small cubes. Take a bowl and add curd into it followed by all marinade ingredients and mix well..
- Add the paneer cube to the marinade for 30 minutes..
- Grind the masala paste ingredients and keep aside..
- Meanwhile, take out the marinade paneer from the curd mixture and shallow fry them on low heat..
- Heat oil in kadai and fry the masala paste on low heat,till oil separate from masala..
- Add the remaining curd mixture and garam masala power and saute it for some time until both the mixtures get blended well..
- Once done, add the fried paneer and bring to a boil. Bring down and add cream. Mix well..
- Spicy masala paneer is ready to serve. Serve hot with rotis or parathas or rice..
