- You need 100 g of vermicilli.
- Prepare 500 ml of milk.
- It's 5 tbsp of milkmaid.
- It's 50 g of sugar,dry fruits.

- Add 1 tsp ghee to kadai and roast siwai till it becomes light brown in colour and add 2 tbsp milkmaid and stir it..
- Add half litres of milk in a pan add some kesar and elaichi powder to it and add 3tbsp milkmaid to it and cook it till it becomes thick and then add 2 tbsp sugar and 50 g chena and add some chopped dry fruits when it becomes rabdi and put the rabdi in fridge for 15 mins..
- Put the siwai in a katori and press it to give it a shape of Katori and put it in fridge for 10 minutes.
- Add chena rabdi in vermicilli katori which you made and add some fruits and a mini chena ball(optional) and your siwai katori with chena rabdi is ready to eat..
