  1. Firstly wash n boil Arbi with little salt for 2 whistles,Peel off all Arbi..
  2. In a big Kadai put Oil, when heating,fry all Arbis pieces,till light golden brown in colour and in a Plate put all Spices including Salt, put masalas both side and in the mid of Arbis (inside each Arbi piece by butter knife) and fry again for few minutes,till it's done.
  3. Lastly serve hot with chapati and Dal, very spicy it tastes.
