  2. Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.
  3. Prepare 2 tsp of Mustard seeds.
  4. You need 1 tsp of Coriander seeds.
  5. It's 1/4 tsp of Fenugreek seeds.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of Carom Seeds.
  7. You need 1 tsp of Fennel seeds.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  9. You need of Juice of 1 lemon.
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp of Vinegar.
  11. It's 1/4 cup of Mustard oil.

  1. Dry roast all whole spices for a minute. Cool and grind to a coarse powder..
  2. Wash green chillies, dry with kitchen towel, remove stems and slit & cut into halves. Now transfer the masala powder onto the chillies. Also add turmeric, salt and lemon juice. Combine everything & mix well..
  3. Now heat mustard oil, add a pinch of hing. Let it cool and pour over chillis. Add vinegar too and mix well. It can be consumed in a day or two. Keep under sun for 2 days for more flavors..
