- You need 10 of green Chillies.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Mustard seeds.
- You need 1 tsp of Coriander seeds.
- It's 1/4 tsp of Fenugreek seeds.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Carom Seeds.
- You need 1 tsp of Fennel seeds.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.

- Dry roast all whole spices for a minute. Cool and grind to a coarse powder..
- Wash green chillies, dry with kitchen towel, remove stems and slit & cut into halves. Now transfer the masala powder onto the chillies. Also add turmeric, salt and lemon juice. Combine everything & mix well..
- Now heat mustard oil, add a pinch of hing. Let it cool and pour over chillis. Add vinegar too and mix well. It can be consumed in a day or two. Keep under sun for 2 days for more flavors..
