- First of all prepare the kunna masala dry roast white cumin seeds,long(cloves),saunf,green cardamom,black cardamom,whole coriander and ground it.
- Then in a pot add oil,mutton, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste,and half tspn white cumin seeds.
- Then add roasted grounded masala which we prepared before along with add red chilli powder,salt, turmeric powder,garam masala, and cook for 5 minutes in high flame.
- In a separate pot boil 4 cups of water and add in the mutton and cover the lid and cook it in low flame until the meat become tender.
- When half water reduced and meat become tender then take 3 tbspn of wheat flour dissolved in 1/4 cup of water and add in the gravy to thicken it.
- And also sprinkle some black cumin seeds on top and again put for 5 minutes in low flame.
- In the end garnish with chopped green coriander leaves and ginger and serve with lemon and hot naan.
