Prepare 50 g (1/4 cup) of forbidden rice.
Prepare 2 tbsps of pomegranate seeds.
You need handful of kale, blanched and ripped roughly.
You need 2 of spring onions, sliced thinly.
You need of freshly ground black pepper.

It's of juice of 1 medium wild orange or a lemon.
