  1. Sift the flour.
  2. Add the salt and sugar.
  3. Then throw your 400ml oil in a 1L measuring jug.
  4. Add your 4 eggs and mix well with electric mixer.
  5. Add your milk until it measures 1L. Mix well.
  6. Throw your milk mixture by the flour mixture and mix together with a wooden spoon.
  7. The mixture can be spooned into a sprayed muffin tray.
  8. Bake at 150 degrees C for 25 mins until golden brown.
