Ingredients of Young Mangoes Chilli
- Prepare 5 cloves of garlic.
- It's 8 of shallots.
- You need 10 of bird’s eye chillies/ chilli padi 🌶.
- Prepare 10 of big red chillis.
- Prepare 2 of stripes of kurau salted fish (cut into small pieces, remove the skin and any bones).
- Prepare 2 of red ripe tomatoes.
- You need 1 of green young mangoes, julienned.
- It's 3-4 tbsp of Oil.
- You need of Salt, sugar, chicken/mushroom seasoning.

- Wash clean all ingredients, put all ingredients except kurau salted fish and green mangoes into chopper.
- Heat some oil (about 3-4tbsp) on the pan, fry the salted fish until fragrant, add the remaining ingredients (except the mangoes).
- Once the chilli turns softer and fragrant, add the julienned young mangoes, continue stirring and fry for few more minutes. Season with salt, sugar, chicken seasoning to your taste.
