1. Prepare 225 g of soften butter.
2. It's 110 g of caster sugar.
3. You need 275 g of plain flour.
4. You need 1 bag of chocolate chips (I use dark chocolate).

1. Preheat oven to 170.
2. Cream the butter in a big bowl and add in the sugar and mix till it’s light and fluffy.
3. Sift in the flour and bring the mixture into a dough, use hands towards the end to create the ball of dough.
4. Use hands to put cookies whatever size you like onto the the tray and press down on them.
5. Put in the oven for around 15-20 mins (until golden brown on edges).
6. Cool them for around 10 mins.
