- Mix water & gelatine and keep it aside..
- Now take a blender & blend the digestive biscuits. Now in a pan,mix the melted butter & biscuits powder..
- Now take a pan & add whipped cream + hungcurd. Blend it nicely..
- Add gelatine mixture into the cream mixture and blend until it is soft and combined..
- Take a pan and put the biscuits mixture.Press it with your hand or the back of a glass.Pour the cream mixture into it..
- Tap it so that no bubbles remain..
- Pour a few spoons of Chocolate and make swirls..
- Keep it in the fridge for atleast 6/7 hrs..
- Serve chilled cheesecake..
