- Prepare 3 cup of all purpose flour.
- You need 1 cup of Pizza sauce.
- You need 1 cup of green sauce or green chutney.

- Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of dry active yeast.
- You need 1 1/2 tsp of salt.
- You need 250 gram of mozzarella cheese.
Start Pizza step by step
- In a bowl take milk put sugar n mix well until sugar dissolves after that add yeast and keep aside for 10 min it’s become frothy..
- Add the maida, salt and oil mix well..
- After 10 minutes yeast mixture should look frothy(if it does not, then throw and restart) Add this mix to the well and make a dough..
- After 5 mins of kneading, transfer this dough to a big bowl, cover and keep aside for 45 mins to one hour..

- Place the dough circle on dusted pizza plate or tray and spread green sauce and also spread cheese..
- Now put another dough circle on the top of cheese and spread red pizza sauce and also spread cheese and covered it another circle..
- Place a small bowl upside down in the middle and cut layered dough into 12 equal part..
- Twist adjacent sections in opposite directions two full turns.Repeat the twists for the other sections..
