- Warm cooking pot for approximately a minute on medium gas.
- Add oil to the pan and let that heat up for 5 minutes on high-medium gas.
- Leave the gas on low then add your chopped garlic and leave that to be brown.
- Add your onions to the pan and mix it in with your garlic on low-medium gas until the onions are soft.
- Add salt to the onions and stir for 2 minutes. When that is done add your prawns to the pan, stir, and leave to cook for 5 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder and chilli powder and stir again then leave the prawns to cook for another 5-10 minutes.
- Add spinach and spring onions, give the pot a stir and then leave the lid on to cook the spinach on medium gas for 5 minutes on low-medium gas.
